To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Joe Rhoney. Until just recently, I have been Joe’s immediate supervisor for a couple years. He was a team player and took ownership of his given assignments.
Besides being a team player, Joe responded well to correction when needed. He also consistently looked for advice and direction on areas where he could improve. During his tenure, we saw he was able to work well in a team environment as well as learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
I highly recommend Joe for employment. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.

To whom it may concern:
This is a letter of introduction and recommendation for Joe Rhoney. Joe was an important part of our team here at Entrepreneur.com for 18 months. His background as a freelance web designer enabled him to transition into our deadline-driven work environment much faster than most developers and designers.
Among other things, we gave Joe ownership of our e-commerce sites, smallbizbooks.com and entrepreneurpress.com. He was also the person in charge of posting Entrepreneur magazine online each month—assembling the art, online exclusives and working with the editorial staff to make sure the edits were in place by our deadline. He resolved a number of issues with the e-commerce sites and developed a new, more efficient, system for posting the magazine—which eliminated bottlenecks and freed up time for him and our editors to pursue new projects.
He is also very skilled at finding ways of accomplishing challenging design compositions, while still maintaining cross-browser appearance and functionality. Joe’s design work is above average in quality and aesthetics and it doesn’t detract from his ability to meet a deadline.
Joe frequently took on additional projects both to challenge himself and benefit the team as a whole. He often brought new ideas, technologies or design elements to my attention which were often incorporated into our projects. He has never been averse to taking on a new task and learning on the fly.
If you have any questions about Joe or his duties here, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I have to commend you on the work you did for my customer. The art looked great! It was exactly what he wanted and more. He liked the art so much that he tripled the order.
There have been many other jobs you’ve done great illustrations and layouts for as well, and these are all very much appreciated.
